## Withheld candidates

- Twenty-four new Truth Social posts: The feed advanced from 35,996 to 36,020 posts. Trump's Iran statement was used only as primary evidence of his rationale and threat after the underlying U.S. strikes were independently confirmed. The other posts were campaign endorsements, book and corporate-link promotion, repeated film-industry material, energy rhetoric, a routine CDC advisory appointment, or an asserted $5 million Iowa disaster approval for which no FEMA instrument or independent confirmation was located by cutoff.
- Congressional stopgap funding bill: The House sent the Senate-passed continuing resolution to Trump, but it was not signed by cutoff. The Record will treat enactment, a veto or another operative development as the lifecycle event rather than present House passage as an appropriation already in force.
- Mifepristone litigation pause: Reuters reported during the window that a judge had paused the states' case while FDA reviews the drug, but the order was entered before the checked boundary and preserved the existing procedural status rather than deciding access, safety or the merits. It remains a lifecycle lead for the existing abortion-medication record.
- Prospective Chevron Venezuela expansion: The expected investment announcement was attributed to an unnamed U.S. official and was scheduled for the following day. No company instrument, investment amount, signed operational agreement or implemented expansion was public by cutoff.
- Iran bank sanctions and other G20 statements: The anticipated Iranian bank designation remained unidentified and unissued. Statements about Japanese monetary policy, unresolved communique language and other diplomatic positions did not create another operative U.S. policy or agreement.
- COSCO intelligence allegations and other anonymous reports: Consequential operational claims continued to rest substantially on unnamed officials without adequate independent confirmation or a new public primary record. They remain research leads rather than findings.
- Routine personnel, endorsements, criminal and duplicate coverage: A CDC advisory appointment, campaign endorsements, state or private litigation, personnel chatter, promotional posts and duplicate coverage did not establish another material federal action in the window.

## Verification

Current front-door pages, canonical datasets, archive bridge, individual evidence packs, versioned aggregate packs, source ledgers, and checksums are generated deterministically. Earlier date-only base aggregates remain byte-frozen and separately addressable; every new same-day aggregate is version-keyed. Candidate publication requires the repository validator and GitHub Actions to pass, followed by acceptance from the publication authority named above.
