## Withheld candidates

- Seventeen new Truth Social posts: Eight text-bearing posts and one accessible image were inspected; they contained campaign promotion, personal commentary, praise, criticism, memorial commentary or reposts without a new federal implementing action. Eleven media assets returned HTTP 403 and remain explicitly unavailable for review; no claim inside them was used. The feed rose from 36,187 to 36,204 posts; newest September 8 at 10:25:12 PM EDT, checked at 11:59:43 PM EDT.
- Prior-window Iran tanker-strike omission: CENTCOM and independent coverage of five September 8 tanker strikes were published before the prior 22:02:19Z boundary but were not available in the prior release review. The omission is restored transparently under the actual September 8 event date and is not misdated as a new action.
- Late-posted Canadian import proclamations: Five signed September 8 proclamations were available on official White House pages and independently described by the Associated Press before cutoff. The archive preserves their September 15 and 29 future effective dates and does not describe scheduled exclusions as already implemented.
- USPS inspector-general review and ABA diversity-standard repeal: Both remain material leads. The complete primary scope of the OIG review and the adopted ABA council text were not located and inspected; no investigation finding or federal recognition revocation is inferred.
- Fox–Roku antitrust inquiry and Florida grand-jury subpoenas: The Fox–Roku report depended on unnamed sources and Reuters said it could not independently verify it. The Florida report lacked a public subpoena, court docket or second independent account by cutoff. Both remain queued without converting reported process into a finding.
- FDA appointments and other routine or duplicate developments: Four permanent FDA appointments were routine personnel stabilization without a separate policy implementation. Repeated Canada, Iran, Ukraine, mail-ballot and campaign coverage added no distinct lifecycle event beyond the records refreshed here.
- Legacy-quality batch: No material historical correction passed review. LEG-003957 retains its stable ID and honest unreviewed state because its stored citation does not support the entry and a directly inspected replacement could not be completed; the discrepancy remains visible in the durable queue.
- External archive measurements: All four registered project pages were checked. Trump Archive advanced to 13,915 items, including 11,533 Truth Social posts; UndoTrump remained 1,264 actions and IPTP remained 1,790 policy actions. Record47 API endpoints could not be freshly verified, so its prior measurements and observation times were preserved. No external lead was promoted by count alone.

## Verification

Current front-door pages, canonical datasets, archive bridge, individual evidence packs, versioned aggregate packs, source ledgers, and checksums are generated deterministically. Earlier date-only base aggregates remain byte-frozen and separately addressable; every new same-day aggregate is version-keyed. Candidate publication requires the repository validator and GitHub Actions to pass, followed by acceptance from the publication authority named above.

## Review traceability

- Current entries with content-bound claim-level receipts: 19 / 161
- Prior review-state labels are distinct from claim-level review receipt coverage.
- Stored post inspection-state records: 1027. Acquisition is not inspection.
- Per-post text/media states: data/truth_social_reviews.json; deferred follow-ups: data/research_queue.json.
- Actual acceptance results are recorded by scripts/accept_release.py and retained as a CI artifact; this generated receipt is not a test attestation.
